This location is the worst, disengaged employees and never have what the customer wants. If I could give this specific location 0 stars I would. Who is in charge of this locations operation, because I believe they should fired for having enabled this type of service for 5 years if not longer.
The food was great and what you would expect. I did drive into a parking space to order so I could look at the menu before bothering anyone, but after pressing the red "ready to order" button, no one attended to me. I eventually did the drive thru and that was quick and easy.
I wanna like this place more but the service is dismal. It always seems like they never have enough people here to keep up with the demand, which leads to irritated employees. Lot of times they barely respond to a simple "Good morning" or "Hi!". But I suppose if I had to work with a skeleton crew everyday I'd be the same way.
