This is the worst sonic location in El paso. Your order takes 15min. The order is never right. A drink with no straw multiple times. Food you need a fork for - no fork. Order a blast - the matchine is down. The food gets a 3 start because it's hot. Even if the order is wrong. Go here is you want a sh&t day.
I'm giving 2 because y'all really don't know how to read online orders or listen to customers requests. I can't stand asking for easy ice and y'all put the whole damn bin of ice in my cup. Stop it. And not only that but if I ask you to take stuff like condiments off my food you should be taking it off. Theres NO EXCUSE!!!
Service was not good. They gave us mostly vanilla shake when an oreo shake was ordered. We asked for a hot dog with only ketchup and mustard and it was smothered in onions. When we asked for a correction of the hot dog, they were slightly snarky about the order and implied we messed up and not them, because they misunderstood the way it was said. Fries were dry and tasted bad.
The stalls don't work and when I went to the drive thru the I paid for 2 med shakes and the server gave me 2 minis and swore they was mediums. I went today to order food and the burger has more mayo then burger. The onions are covered didn't know there was even onions on the burger but it's so many. This is a mayo & onion burger with cold and salty tater tots this the second time thís month they've messed up im not going back.
