Everytime I come they never have drive ups open you have to go through drive through. Why do they even have drive ups if they dont use them?

Worst sonic I've been to.waited 40 mins for my order only for staff to get my order wrong after having repeated my order 4 times. Will never go back
This is by far the worst sonic I've ever been to. Yesterday I arrived in the drive thru line and after 10 minutes I arrive at the speaker to order. Nobody came to the microphone, and with the line being so long to get to the window, I decided to order at one of the lanes. God this was a mistake. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for them to answer the screen in the lane.
