The wait is extremely slow. I’ve never experienced a wait this long.

I have been a regular customer at this Sonic location for approximately six years. Unfortunately, I have noticed a significant decline in service recently. When I place orders ahead through the Sonic app, my order is often not ready when I arrive and check in at the speaker. The purpose of ordering ahead is convenience and reduced wait times, but that has not been my experience lately.
