Ordered a double smash burger and fries. The burger was indeed smashed...smashed almost to oblivion., and was the size of a US dime. Sonic should be apologetic to serving such a minuscule meal offering, especially at the outrageous price of $12, excluding the tip to the server.Will never frequent Sonic again.
I put no rating because there is no ZERO! I worked at this location and I have never worked with more rude, hateful, unfriendly and down right obnoxious people in my life. They are extremely rude to the customers and talk about each other everyday. The "management" is the worst! Hateful, rude and always talking about how "bad ass" they are. I got a #1 which is a double sonic smasher. I was about halfway done with it and I bit into a jalapeño. I can’t do spice and I have never had this happen before. It isn’t supposed to come with jalapeños. So just watch out in your sonic smashers if you can’t do spice.
My wife and I have been going To Sonic since we started dating (40 years ago) we have continued to frequent Sonic to this day. It truly pains me to write this review. We took our son and granddaughters to Sonic #6911 in Warrior, AL. We placed our order with Miranda, paid $54.73 plus a $5 tip, waited for the food to arrive and it did in a reasonable amount of time. We sat in our vehicle for over 20 minutes waiting on them to bring the condiments! When I ordered our food I ordered ketchup for 3 people when he delivered he said there were 10 packages of ketchup in the bag and walked off so I looked in all bags there was no condiments the fry’s were ice cold and extremely salty And we waited over 20 minutes and no one brought anything out after we asked for stuff we normally do not eat at the Carlisle sonic because of this but it was close today! We will not be going back

Wondering why it seems like no one cares about the fact that the manager at Boaz Al Sonic is vaping inside the kitchen while food is being made!!! They thought we would eat the food they made while this guy was smoking there??? Did he really not think about food contamination? My wife and I bought 2 "Smash-Burgers, Sunday afternoon, on the 14th of Sept. And not only did it have hardly any flavor to it,, but also, it was the soggiest, sloppiest, messiest burger I have had, since way back when Wendy's used to advertise their "Hot and Juicy", sloppy, soggy, sorry burgers.
Hey guys I’m the Genral manger of sonic 6115 at 7725 w university I have signs put out and they keep getting taken off we are not ingoring anyone we are haveing trouble with our commutations we are working to fix it as possible, as some of my costumers may know sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t,depends on if it has rained within the last few days we do have a drive through that never gets ingored while I appreciate y’all’s patience with us we are working really hard to get 100
