What kind of place runs out of smash burger meat on national cheeseburger day???
They seem to be out of so many items. The wait time is ridiculous! Can’t even bring out the right size straws for the drinks either. There are so many complaints on here and yet nothings been done about.
Placed an order through the Sonic app, and after waiting 20 minutes, we finally pressed the red button to ask about our order. Only then did we find out they didn’t have any Fritos for the Frito Pie I ordered. Instead of letting us know right away, they had us waiting...just to tell us they were going to substitute it with a large chili cheese tots. I love hot dogs but the hot dogs here are always cold, even after I asked for them to be well done. They always forget the catsup and the napkins. I will not be returning to this location.
