Ordered a double cheeseburger and Was telling the boy we only wanted mayo, pickles, onions, and lettuce. Got the burger it had NO LETTUCE with mustard all over the sandwich which mind you was for my sister which is allergic to mustard!! Need improvement on listening to customers or switch the headset to someone that can hear 100%
Update : we returned to try the Handmade Classic Milk Shakes. We checked the ingredients online and decided to try them. So we gave them another chance. They were pretty good. Much better than other fast food places in the area. This made me give then one more star. We have not been to a Sonic in a long time. Figured why not. We had Burgers and Fries, with a lemonade and a water. To be Honest, none of it had a good flavor. The burger was fatty and lacked flavor. It was even perhaps a bit grisly. I ordered a foot long chili cheese dog with fries! Hotdog wasn’t done and fries were hard as rock! Not good.
