Have been seen this advertisement for the Sonic smash cheeseburger it looks so good on TV and I finally went down to go try one and I was so disappointed The burger did not look anything like it is advertised on TV I had an overcooked meat smashed Angus burger supposedly which had no taste thousand Island dressing and chopped onions there was no pickle no lettuce no tomato as a picture shows I ordered two of them one with everything on it The other one with no pickles and no onion, I've never been there it was my first time ... read more
Drive in at 9 am and no one was there. No sign on the drive thru and I couldn't see one on the freeway by door. No sure what was going on.
Rudest drive thru cashier, I was being polite asking a simple question. I understand how stressful it may be for fast food workers but the young blond women seemed irritated from the start sighing when she was taking my order on the speaker and then simply ignored me while I was still talking to her.
