Adrienne and Brett are amazing employees hands down.The customer service is amazing. Every time i go to eat at this location I feel like my wants are put above anything. The level of understanding and professionalism is second to none. This location has faced hard times and the old and new employees are above and beyond not letting anything slow them down. I just spent 25+ minutes at the order screen in the drive thru with 2 people parked in ordering spots. I had a car waiting behind me and after about 15 minutes of waiting in line he got on his cell phone and must have called his buddy that works there and placed his order. That guy went around me and up to just in front of the window and his friend was out there with his food and they were laughing and talking. like seriously so unprofessional and rude to paying customers who are waiting. My wife ate at Sonic a lot and really enjoyed their hamburgers but they changed their hamburger meat and it’s TERRIBLE!!! It’s back to Wendy’s….
Me and my wife waited 2 hours to get our food alone, which includes service that took the longest. Please stay away from here and go to a different sonic if you have to and we were getting mixed signals about refills on drinks thank you whoever sees this
