I love it
We had the worst time trying to order food. The person taking our order kept saying they couldn’t hear us. The truck next to us was too loud and we couldn’t do anything except go through the drive through. Once we got through, our order was wrong, short one drink and then all the wrong sizes.
yall are so cheap for making the military discount only 10% now. don’t have a military discount in a military town then!! just like everywhere else yall are stingy with it as if these people don’t serve our country day in and day out. even your employees called the owners stingy
As someone who truly enjoys sonic, i’m usually VERY disappointed by the customer service at this location specifically. Today was a complete different story. The gentlemen named Mason had an incredible attitude and excellent customer service. Glad to see change!
