I visited this SONIC location around 5:10 pm yesterday and had an unpleasant experience with one of the employees. I was surprised to be told that I should go somewhere else for food. There was no reason for me to leave and order elsewhere when I came to this location as a customer. If taking order is a problem, then perhaps the employee should consider a different job rather than telling customers to take their business elsewhere. Comments, questions, or concerns? I have plenty to say about a recent experience my husband had at this Sienna location where he went to pick up dinner for us both. My husband & I have not been to a sonic, & to this Sienna location in months. This location has been our go to location for a few years now since the location nearby us doesn’t seem to be taken care of & it often appears to have grafitti on the building in random places, broken parts hanging off of the menus, or pieces of the menus missing like they were punched ... read more

I’m not sure why I was given a completely melted shake, but that’s disgusting. If you saw the ice cream coming out of the machine incorrectly then you all could have just said that…. instead of giving me a melted shake and then topping it with whipped cream hoping I wouldn’t notice…or offer an alternative… Let’s practice not giving people food that we wouldn’t eat ourselves….it wasn’t even cold. Yall should be ashamed…
