Went in February and all our ice cream had hairs in it. I alerted one of the staff and showed him the hairs. I did not make a scene I said I know accidents happen may I please just have a refund. We stopped for lunch today and was very disappointed. Not only did we have to wait forever but we ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger meal but got a single cheeseburger instead. We also ordered a ultimate meat burrito and there were a couple small pieces of meat on it.
