This location is the best one I've been to.This service is speedy and the staff is very friendly. You will not be disappointed at this location. The one at Rutgers Square is a thumbs down . Maybe your staff at this location can train Rutgers Square.
The young man that brought out my food was very nice and I think he is doing a great job !
It took them 15 minutes just to answer the call button. Plus it wasn't even that busy, about 1/5 full of cars in stalls.
They need to fix the speakers on the ordering system. As well you need to reteach the girl inside answering the orders, she made one order to take three times to get finally she said she's going to send somebody out a very nice girl that was outside serving people and served us notice there was issues going on. She was awesome. I have course told them on the inside while I ordered it I was going to call the district manager
I placed an order on doordash. When my dasher arrived, he was informed that my order was already picked up. He was the only dasher assigned to my order. They then refused to remake the order, when it was their fault the food was missing. They didn’t answer any of my calls or anything. Worse customer service with little to none accountability.
