This specific Sonic we went to in Texas was awesome. We had great service and I get the same drink literally every day in our hometown, but this one just seemed to taste so good. I'm not sure what they did differently, but it was pretty amazing.
We quit going here 5 years ago because of raw chicken. Thought we would try again now just for drinks. Ordered 1 Dr. Pepper and 2 Sprites. Lady comes out with purple drink, a blue drink and cola. "That's not what we ordered." Lady argues "It is what you ordered." Show her that app and order. She complains "Now I have to pour these out." Yes that's not what we ordered. We just ask for refund. She leaves. Had to get manager, several efforts, to come out to refund money. Do we have to look at reviews before ordering these days?... read more
I just had an awful experience. It's a shame that this is the location closest to my daughter's school. We will be going out of our way to go elsewhere.
