I just had an awful experience. It's a shame that this is the location closest to my daughter's school. We will be going out of our way to go elsewhere.

Worst attitude I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. If you don't want to deal with people then get a different job
Carhop delivering the food was rude but gave us our order of 3 blasts, 2 medium and a small. We realize after she walked away that we were holding 2 smalls and a medium, we ask for them to fix it, they did, a second kinder employee delivered it, we go home thinking everything is fine. We go to eat them and every single one is made with spoiled ice cream. Nasty, inedible. We called to let them know the $20 ice creams we just bought were spoilt.
