Horrible drive-thru experience – We ordered the smash burger deal and asked the manager, who was working the drive-thru, for extra napkins. She was visibly annoyed when we asked and responded, “They are in the bag,” in a rude tone while rolling her eyes. The napkins were placed underneath the food, and when we found them, they were already soiled with grease from the tater tots.
