Went through the drive thru and ordered a Coney dog and a Sonic burger. Pulled forward and waited close to 15 minutes. I understand it's made fresh but when I can see the three teenagers working inside throwing food at each other instead of prepping my food, I got upset. We ended up leaving without our food due to this. Don't think I'll ever go back to this location even though I love Sonic.
We went to sonic on 8/12 at 8pm. It was kinda busy so we expected to wait a while. Because we took the motorcycle we went and sat on the picnic tables and pressed the button for service. We waited so long that the button turned off and we had to press it again. Thinking this one was broken we walked to the motorcycle and pressed the button over there too. I am a sonic carhop and I honestly do apologize for anything that has ever gone wrong with your order. However, I think people tend to forget that A) your food will take awhile when you pull into the lot and see that it's full. We cook our food fresh and have to hand blend every single shake. B) you are supposed to tip your carhop. We don't make minimum wage and you assume we do and ask a lot of us sometimes.
