Sweet girls in the drive thru, fast service, very kind
So annoyed. I didnt order cheese with my pretzel cause I didnt see where to do so. She wouldn't give me cheese cause it would "mess up inventory". FYI denison sonic had no problem getting the cheese. I ordered fries with grooviest sauce. No groovy sauce.
Rudest and worst customer service! If you want to be treated poorly by not only the teens who work there but the lady manager, who walked away while we were discussing our issue, go to this Sonic. This was all over an online order and a mistake we made by pulling up to the window. Was not met with understanding, only eye rolls, sarcasm and rudeness- even after we apologized.
