waited 10 minutes, never took my order. spoken to two people, and they both hung up when trying to say my order
The most absolute horrible service.
I rarely ever ever write any kinda of reviews but I placed an order with them at 10 and by 11:45 had 5 different drivers cancel after sitting and waiting for my food. I tried calling at least 16 times in that time and never once got through to anyone. I finally had to cancel the order. Absolutely ridiculous.
terrible customer service. Girl with purple hair is so rude and they take forever to do everything. Went to the drive through told them I had a mobile order and they had me wait in the drive through just to tell us to check in at the stall and wait again for them to make our order
