I went to get 3 meals, I got two burger meals and a kids meal. The person at the window gave me the wrong change and had corrected it. Then on my way home i was looking through the food and im missing the kids meal burger, so I go back and explain, i'm missing the burger. I very politely go up to the window and the guy looks at me the window so confused like i'm speaking jibberish. Very plump man with rosy cheeks decived me with his friendly personality and failed to deliver me my 4th pretzel stick and only delivered 3 just for me to discover and mourn the loss of 4th pretzel stick stick hours later.

Much improved as of late. I have been to this sonic a handful of times and for years this place was an abomination to the brand. Fast forward to today, the place is staffed adequately, they are open when they say they will and the food is always hot and fresh even if it meant waiting in the line for 20 mins.
