The person working could not hear me through the system. It was very frustrating trying to get my order taken from somebody that I know just can't hear me. Fix the mics so they're better or making the headsets louder so they're actually useful.
She kept saying my order wrong. I had to tell her 4 times what it was.
Got the wrong food, i repeatedly asked for a 6 in chilli cheese coney and got a foot long American… asked them to fix it and i got another foot long. I was overcharged. They need to pay better attention.
The wrost Sonic ever. They can not even get a simple order right. Ordered a double meat with cheese and mustard. Get back to work and open up my burger , it a kids single patty hamburger. Then they will not even answer the phone. NE ER GOING BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMIES!!!!!
