The sonic team are amazing always have my orders right
I made a mobile order through their direct app for 3 slushes. The slush machine was broken. They refused to accommodate me with a beverage substitution and they refused to give me a refund. I was told I would have to contact corporate.
Not sure what is going on with the mixes and milkshakes but they don't taste the same as they use to
