The girl taking the order made me repeat myself at least 2-3 times each time I ordered something. She literally kept saying, "What was that?". She didn't provide me with any sauces even though I asked for them. I ordered a smasher burger and got the regular meat from other burgers. Completely defeats the purpose of my visit there. This Sonic has got to be the WORST fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced at getting orders correct. Every single time I’ve been here, doesn’t matter the time of day, something is wrong or missing from my order. And this is over a period of years. So that tells me it’s ownership/managements fault not the general staff. Y’all could take lessons from Chick Fil A and In & Out in this department for sure. 😡
