Seems like this place is always short staffed. Employees seems to be rushing and get stuff wrong. Happened to me last few times. Also sonic please fix your pay screens they never work if I want to tip and confirm payment I press it many times and nothing is working. This is for any drive in lane same thing.
Came by to get an order fixed and the associate David went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location. Thank you, David.
The 1st speaker I'd pulled up to wasn't working and the server got my drink wrong.
Horrible food/parking/ customer service EVERYTHING was HORRIBLE at this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!
Can’t seem to get the online orders correct 🥴 gave it one more chance and STILL can’t get a mobile order right; done with this location 😡
