Everytime I go here my order is wrong. Phone number doesn’t even work so I can’t tell them that my food is wrong!
Ordered a strawberry shake and no strawberry at all, didn't find out till we got home. This place is just horrible.
Nice quick food
App order order comes to the house missing a very expensive milkshake. Call the store to he don’t care demand DoorDash refund it. DoorDash doesn’t offer a refund button their app says call the sonic store. Guess what? I’m throwing this entire order in dispute and never ordering from this scam joint again. Manager doesn’t care could have been solution oriented and sent the missing shake over. Massive customer service opportunity missed Dumb dumb dumb.
