They don't listen to your order. Went back to the restaurant TWICE in 5 minutes as they continued to screw up the order and then wanted to fight about it! Even when you SHOW them the order is wrong and bring in the physical proof. Horrible customer service.
Wonderful staff, fresh food
The drive thru dude screamed and I mean SCREAMED at my boyfriend for asking for a garlic butter bacon burger, asking him disrespectful questions and making him feel inconsiderate for even coming through the drive thru. I’m honestly terrified and am usually pretty easy going with stuff like this, but I’m appalled how this dude got hired. It’s unfortunate because we spend hundreds of dollars here a month but we no longer feel comfortable returning out of fear of being yelled at. The restaraunt was nice and clean. There was no long line on the drive thru. The food was nice and hot, my son loved it!
