Nothing taste good here, don’t know if its location or the staff, but its just Bland sonics, like some private owner is maybe cutting corners somewhere..iunno just doesn’t taste good, bread stale and crumbly, lettuce old, burger no flavor.
I used the drive thru, hence why I didn't comment on the atmosphere. The woman taking my order and at the drive-thru window didn't put the lid on my drink all the way and when I picked it up some spilled out on my lap and seat, she quickly pointed out the obvious of how I should have picked up the cup. I didn't make a big deal, and overall, the food was hot, fresh, and hit the spot. This was my first time ever eating from Sonic. It won't be my last.
I purchased a sonic blast from New Milford where I work and noticed it was sour (spoiled milk) about 15 mins into my drive back to Danbury where I live. I said well no problem there is a sonic not even 5 mins from my house I will have them remake it. I walked in and let the young heavy set Indian kid know I purchased the drink 30 mins ago and wanted it remade because it tasted sour. He looked at me like I had 3 heads and asked me 20 questions.
