Waited at a terminal for 10 minutes for service…. Went to drive thru and waited for 5 minutes and still no service! Normally never have any issues but today was not the day. Signed- A mama to a sick little girl who just wanted your tots
I went there for a drink at 7:40 am and sat in drive thru behind two cars for 7 minutes. When I approached to take my order I was told to hold. I waited for ten minutes before pulling off. This is a common issue at this location, not sure if they are short staffed but this is disappointing.
Great service, fast food, plus I got a He-man toy. Thanks sonic.
They charged me for hot fudge and did not give me any in my shake.
