I didn’t know that I had to order online and the staff was rude
do not come here. this is the worst sonic i have ever been to. decided to give them another chance since i was in a time crunch, i should’ve known better. placed an online order: i ordered chilli cheese tots and they gave me cheese fries. let them know their mistake and they took the fries back and said they’d bring me the correct item. i waited over 15 minutes for the fries and they never brought them to me. i was already late to where i needed to be, couldn’t wait any longer for them and ended up leaving.
Couldn't understand the person on the speaker but it was fast and friendly. We were a couple minutes late on the happy hour they could have gave it half price but didn't.
Worst customer service ever!!! Thursday night 09/04/2025 the people working that night were the worst !!! Honestly they should hire people who want to work and help not teenagers who don’t seem to care about customer service.
