It looks like a lot of people have the same concerns yet no changes. This place is ran by teenagers who hate working. They hate their job so they are rude and rush you or ignore you intentionally. The food is always over cooked or made wrong. I tried 3 times and this last time was enough for me I will not go back to this location.

This place is going downhill - my slushy was basically sugar water. I've been getting strawberry lemon flavor for years - each time I go, there has been less and less flavor. Probably just made my last visit. Some of the drive up kiosks are broken and there is a shortage of staff. Wait time was stupid long.
