The food was great but the employees not so much. The girl who brought out our order (Shyanne) was extremely rude and had a complete attitude because my husband asked for sauce. We proceeded to wait for 10 minutes while she’s in side talking to her coworkers we called back in for sauce and still nothing. I used to love Sonic. This location in particular (Emerald Forest blvd) has gone downhill, however. I can understand small errors every so often. But my last visit there, this afternoon, will be my last ever.
The food is always cold and i always have to wait very long time to recieve cold food! This sonic used to be great. But now it sucks! The people here need to smile too.
Rude staff today, usually nice.
