So the workers just leaning inside not helping with the orders while its super busy. I think someone should do something because its not cool that the workers lean while the autistic kid desperately tries to help everybody by himself!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT COOL!!!!!!
Tried to order breakfast. Employee was unresponsive and lazy. Probably asleep.
Ordered an m&m blast. Specifically asked the guy if they can add Reese’s to it and he said yes. Blast came out with only m&m’s. When I told them it had no Reese’s, instead of making me a new blast mixed with both, they sent me a little cup with a little bit of Reese’s scraps in it. Bad service won’t be back
Went there Thursday around 8 pm ordered 4 shakes spent $32 the carhop JHACE came out handed them in the car we asked what one was what she replied she didn't know and had no way to know and was very rude about it other times in the past we had no problem they always hand them out one at a time and tell you what one is what but she tells us we would have to taste them to find out not very good customer service and honestly I started to send them back for a refund management needs to take care of the issue
This sonic sucks everytime I get something from here it’s always something. I just doordashed from here and they put my fries in the bag upside down and didn’t really even give me any fries just fry crumbs. They always take so long and you would think with the amount of time they take your food would be right well wrong they always messing something up but the food is good but the service is terrible!!!!
