30 min wait even after online ordering. Could have had steak delivered.
We eat Sonic every day for lunch at work in Plano. Every day. Never, ever do we have a problem. Every. Single. Time. At this Sonic, it's not one or two things wrong, it's all of it. Missing flavorings, missing sauces, missing items, wrong flavorings, or just entirely the wrong order. Never again. I understand it's a franchise. Get it together.
They did not 'have' cup holders after saying i couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear me, wasn't even far away from the speaker, I thought the machine wasn't working but another worker spoke on it and it was clear, was embarrassing having to yell to the point other cars could hear me yet the person had a hard time hearing me still, Not a good experience tbh
Waited over 20 minutes for a burned dry bun on the fish sandwich and burnt onion rings. Quality is definitely not the same...
