Slush was made wrong to start then checked burgers and they were made wrong asked for refund but they supposedly fixed them but when I got home they were not much better and the whole meal was barely warm don't go there to often this is why
Waited forever to get food. Bell hop said its coming shortly twice. Never got it left. I'd say Sonic is on their way out or at least downhill fast. DONE WITH THEM ! Their doing away with order stations and drive through closed. Crappy anymore.
Let's just advertise half price ice cream and not have any ice cream at all🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️... Edited to add they didn't have cheese, chili or anything we was trying to order.. Just close the doors and let someone else put a better food chain in that spot. Literally just close the doors and send everyone home.
I pulled in and pressed the button and waited and waited. The screen waited so long that it kept resetting so I had to push it like 3 or 4 times. After about 15 minutes I called the restaurant and placed my order. There were several cars came in after me and got their orders and there I sat until I called. Never been disappointed in this Sonic location. BUT this time was pretty upsetting!!!. Will think twice before I go back!
