Place an order for pickup. Arrived before the time the ordered was scheduled for pickup. Checked in on the app and waited over 20 minutes past the time the food was supposed to be prepared. Only received a portion of the order. The manager came out to review the order in the app and what was given to me. Said it would only take a few minutes to fulfill the rest of the order. This is my favorite drive thru restaurant. The servers are always nice and seem cool. 10/10 ice cream too.
Drive thru was ok, nothing special. Update.4-2-26 Dylan was very nice when bringing food to car.
No matter what they always get my order wrong. Whether that’s forgetting a side or when I ask for a plain burger putting lettuce and mayo on it still or forgetting the sauces I add for. It’s never right and the wait is always way too long.
