I had a really disappointing and unprofessional experience at this Sonic location with two to-go orders. For my first order, I checked in when I arrived and waited about 20 minutes with no update. I eventually pressed the red button to let them know I was there, even though I had already checked in. After that, someone finally brought my food out, but my order was incomplete, my BBQ sauce was missing and my fries were cold. I had to ask for hot fries and the missing sauce.
