There’s this one worker there I see all the time dolled up with artistic makeup! She’s great. I know I’m gonna get a good experience when she’s there, food and service. Keep up the great work.
I was trying to find the refund option on the app. I ordered 3 drinks, that's it. I placed order at 7:31pm on 5/24/25. I arrived & only 1 car was in the entire lot. I gave my name for pickup & I waited for 30min my drinks came out at 8pm .. watered down slushes. Cars that came in after me were getting their orders before me. When I asked a worker about my order, her response "you'll get it whenever we have it ready". Not an apology, or acknowledgement that they were wrong. They wouldn't even remake it, when I asked.
