The lovely lady who brought me my drinks was just so sweet! Made my day.
We ordered two small blasts, one m&m and one cookie dough, as well as the chicken bites. We paid 18 dollars for literally no mix-ins, one cup of ranch, and cold chicken bites that we waited 15 minutes for. This Sonic used to be our favorite but recently the service has been subpar, and now the food is the same too.
I hate that it’s always a hit or miss! Today was a miss for sure!!!!! I ordered my burger with no onions there was onions, my chicken sandwich ok, my large drink easy ice was full of ice so hardly any soda, but what really grinded my gears was I paid for large fry and it was this empty! I ordered through uber eats but they said they couldn’t refund me.
My son and I visited the Big Spring St location. I hadn't been to that one in years, and now I'm not sure why. The food was hot and fresh. It came out pretty quickly, and the carhop was really friendly and professional.
