Your scripted owner response to all the negative feedback really shows how much sonic cares about customer satisfaction. Do you really think people are that ignorant to what you are doing or representing? Please take more consideration and address what the real issues are instead of copy paste.
For the second time in a row, we ordered blasts and didn’t get them with our delivery! Ridiculous!! They CAN’T seem to get an order right.
