Went on Halloween night to give my little ones a treat. The service was great there was a cheerful lady that gave us the food . My little ones liked everything and were happy .
Suddenly has a new, weird drive thru setup where they have you pull forward and wait automatically for the food instead of them using the window, with signs leading up to it making it seem like this is the new normal. It made the drive through take longer than the cars that pulled up and parked, since they brought the food and then had to walk back in for the payment to process, going to each car that was there before going back in so they could bring food to multiple cars at a time. Slushy had no flavor at first sent it back still a baby pink color for strawberry slush my cherry strawberry was the same way they should all be very red was told they couldn't mix it they gave me a spoon to mix it myself... didn't want to give a refund
Update: I went back and had my order remade after a few weeks and as soon as I ordered it the manager knew exactly who I was and quickly fixed my order. I have to say what an improvement! It was delicious and perfect! Not only that he came out to my vehicle to explain and apologize. This is how customer service is supposed to work! Big thank you to him for his dedication and care. This is the second recent time I’ve ordered a sandwich with fries. Both times the fries could not be eaten. They taste greasy like they have not changed the oil. The service was fine. The smash burger was good and is the reason for the two stars but bumme on the fries. Once I understand but it seems to be an ongoing issue. I will not return.
