The absolute worst sonic there is in Jonesboro. For two drinks it takes 30 minutes in the drive through to even receive them. Absolutely ridiculous
Second time is a matter of months that I have come thru the drive thru and ordered an JR Bacon Burrito and get to the office and pull it out and it is loaded with sausage. If I wanted sausage, the n I would have ordered it. Called the drive thru and couldn't understand who answered the phone and told her that I have had the wrong order repeatedly. Order 428343. And got hung up on. IF this is how they do their business, I won't be back!!!!!!!!!
Looks like alot of other unsatisfied customers.....poorest example of service witnessed at any sonic location
3 out of my last 4 visits they have messed up my order. This location sucks! Never a bad experience at the Brookland location.
