We as well as others waited 45 minutes to an hour for food. The staff was rude, especially the African American male, who seemed like the manager. The employees were just standing around looking like a bunch of dummies doing nothing. We left without receiving our food because of the wait and rudeness. Your employees escalated the problem and can not handle their jobs.

Fist off I know that this is fast food, but that being said this needs to be heard. This is by far the worst food I have ever been served in fast food in my life. The happy hour 1/2 price was all messed up. I was clearly overcharged. But that's not all. The food was waaaaaaaaayyy over cooked. The burgers were dry hockey pucks, the fries and tots for my family were hard brittle and nasty. The sonic in ankeny is hands down waaaaay better. Do not eat at this trash can facility. My boyfriend and I ordered the SuperSONIC Bacon Double Cheeseburger Combo after waiting 30 mins. When we first pulled up to the speaker, we didn’t even get a greeting at all; no words were said for 10 mins straight. Finally, we got our order taken, and the person before us was still at the window waiting for their food. Also, employees have no common sense and don’t know how to talk to their customers. Nikki took and delivered my order and she is an absolute GEM. She was not only wonderful with my order, but I heard her talking with other customers as well, and she is an absolute joy!
