I see you guys constantly talk about how a “good and clean sonic is what we strive for” but this location is still dirty as a forest floor. And all of the employees are so high everytime I come in to get something that it takes them over an hour to get me a single item. Definitely run some drug tests on those employees. Their eyes ain’t like that for nothing😂😂😂
Stores open tell 2am Saturday, shake machine is turned off at 9pm...
The fries were stale and very hard to eat. The beef patty was burnt and old meat. The Sunday was liquid lol and the drinks filled with ice although we specifically said no ice . Overall a huge drop of quality and experience.
The absolute worst service and will never be going back to a sonic again. My wife calls me crying that she had spent money on a single burger and make it plain as well as other items, she was told that “they don’t make burgers plain” the lady then proceeded to tell my wife to go f**k herself and to go somewhere else if she wants food and called her a fat B***h as she was driving away. I will not be ever stopping at this location ever again especially until something is done with the horrible customer service
Restroom was FILTHY! Did not stay to order.
