Went there to get a drink around 3:15 pm CST to get a drink. After sitting in Drive thru for 20 minutes and no movement, I decided to try a stall. After pressing the red button 3+ times (as it stops blinking after an amount of time) in a another 15 minutes, finally someone took my order....but then another 10 minute wait with no drink (mind you, one drink!) Smasher burger was not good. Not a fan.
The menu board and thecard machine were broken. The soda lines are moldy, they need to be flushed. I could definitely taste it in my drink after one sip. $6 wasted. The staff was friendly.
Wait, did seven minutes. The light was still on on the speaker and is still on as I’m typing. This out. Was told that well maybe that speaker is not working and then he decided to let me know all the reasons why the speaker wasn’t working when I’m sitting here, waiting to pick up two orders. Somehow that just seems an efficient to me.
