This is my 3rd time to this location in the past year and each time it’s a long wait to even order.. this time was the longest. I pulled up to the Intercom to order ( only car in drive thru). I was greeted saying they’ll be with me in a second.. 15 minutes go by, 4 cars behind me drive off, several attempts to talk to someone on the intercom and still no response before I pulled off. Ridiculous!!
we frequently this location on occasion to get drinks & sometimes food for dinner; our favorite is definitely cherry limeades! staff is always friendly & work hard even though this location can get extremely busy pretty often
I did not have a good "food" experience, but the manager on duty Taylor was more than ready to accommodate things. Thank you Taylor!
They should post that they can only serve through drive through. It would help service out Letting customers know that their pull up menus are not working
Update: 6 months later this location is just as bad, maybe even worse. Long wait times. Any of the few staff working don't care at all. Same review listed below stands. Management is non existent. Closed randomly. Stalls are all broken. Giant potholes right infront of the drive thru lane, super dangerous. Staff is trying their best but I'm positive the franchise owner is to blame. Food is ok but nobody cleans the bags or cups so it gets all over your hands and car.
