Just got home from picking up my mobile order from sonic (8-9-25 about 7:20pm). I order small shake, small chicken bits, and a mini cheese sticks (see photo). When I got home I had a small shake and a corn dog!!! Lesson learned NEVER trust that they got your order correct!! ALWAYS check before you leave!! Obviously someone was not paying attention. I wasn't going to drive back to sonic to try and get it corrected.
It was Sonic food and Sonic service.
Staff is always great... Food is delicious
I asked for a cherry lime freeze, what is that?? I even shook it, and it was like a tiny squirt of cherry. $.68 for basically a cup of ice two cherries and a lime. 🙄 if you don't know how to make a cherry lime freeze, just say that!! 🤨 Revised: OK, I'm not a monster. I changed the rating to four stars because it's not that serious but just so you know ....very disappointed.
