Our carhop was very rude. She did not introduce herself when she delivered our food. She didn't ask if we needed anything else before she turned around and left even when we tried to get her attention. We pushed our speaker button and asked for picante sauce. My husband asked for 10(we had 5 burritos) she brought us 2. He said several times 10. She did go back and brought us more but shoved them in his hands and rudely told him to have a good day.
Stopped by on vacation. The employees were very friendly and our food came out fast and hot. They also had restrooms available which was helpful as we were in a road trip
I went to Sonic in Russell, KS about 2pm on 8/15/25. I ordered a chili cheese crunch wrap. I’ve had them in the past and they were pretty good. Well not today.. There was very little chili, very little cheese, mostly just Fritos corn chips in a flour tortilla-terrible- won’t do that again. Maybe the person working did not know how to make it. I don’t know, but I won’t waste my hard earned money anymore.
The playground had dog poop and cigarette butts in it. Pretty gross.
