The only reason we ever come to this Sonic is because there is a Tesla Super Charger. The food service is REALLY Slow. To be fair, they are hiring. AND the Sonic order board in front of the kitchen was having difficulties. It would have been nice if a human came out of the establishment to help the only 2 customers that were waiting. Nope I had to go through the doors for “employees only” to get someone’s attention and was told to go outside and try to order again. Really disappointing. Terrible Customer Service. I sat in the stall for 16 minutes push the red button several times and no one took my order. There were only five cars in the whole place.
Got a DP and it took 25 minutes to get and hardly any customers here .
8am they have no food
They were quick to get my order out.
