Literally the worst Sonic I've ever been to they have the worst customer service and they couldn't even make change for a 20 and told me I couldn't pay for my food unless I use a card tried this location multiple times and there's always an issue with the food or service literally go anywhere else
Apparently it takes 10 minutes to make 2 drinks..... wow.... Update 10/27/2025 Tried to give them a second chance , they didn't even have change for a $20 bill and the total was around $9 but apparently it's my fault since all I had was cash. They said it's not their fault that the last shift didn't leave any change when in fact it is.... The girl at the window is nice but this location SUCKS.
Having only 2 days employees working by themselves is horrible. It was 1 cook and the sweet girl at the window with 8 people in line bc of the short staffed! I feel so bad for them but even with so much on her plate, she was still so kind.
I deleted my previous review because I thought this one would be a better explanation of why me or my family will never come back to this business. This evening I went to get a drink. It was a $1.60. The girl with short and shaved sided hair with lines in it who works there came out side with the most pissed off, disgusting look on her face.
