Went to sonic to get me and some coworkers drinks and ice cream. The ice cream machine is supposedly being cleaned and Noone told me till I asked where my ice cream was. Then the girl got her so called manager and she told me rudley I had to use the app for a refund which it doesn't show you or tell you anywhere how to do. So I asked for a large cherry slush with nerds which isn't anywhere near the price of my ice cream blast I ordered. Gave be cold mozzarella sticks and no straws for my shake
The customer service was awesome and food quality was great. The service representative Ashley was very efficient. I would definitely go there again I rate them a 10 out of 1 to 10. Thank you Ashley for the smile and pleasantry!
