Half their stalls are not available. Took so long to get my slush that it was just a flavored drink by the time it got to me. Not coming back here again.
This location consistently fails to execute even the simplest orders. Every single time I eat here, the food is incorrect, cold, and poorly prepared. Most recently, the French fries were cold, overcooked, and had a chemical taste and odor. My previous orders of burgers and tater tots have been equally disappointing; cold, overcooked, and heavily over-salted. They totally bought to my order. I asked for cheese on the chicken sandwich, and got none. I asked for mustard on my double cheeseburger and specifically said, twice, no ketchup and no mayonnaise, and got no mustard, but I did get lots of mayonnaise and ketchup. I ordered french fries with my combo and did not get them. Fortunately all this was discovered before we left. Had to push call button twice for a response. Ordered and waited and waited and waited. Had to push call button two more times for a response after all other cars had left, they arrived after me btw. Asked to check on order. They popped right out w it. Chedder bites were cold. I was on a trip back to okc and needed on the road so I didn't wait for more.
