If you are placing a mobile order, don’t expect it to be done at the time they say to get there. Expect it to be done 20 MINUTES LATER. Fast food isn’t great, but it definitely doesn’t make it taste better when you have to wait 20 minutes after your arrival time to get it. For as many employees as yall got in that kitchen you can do better.
I don't know how a place can with so hard to drive away business. one time their shake machine wasn't working and they didn't know when they were gonna get it fixed. Then I stopped in for a single drink and had two dollar in quarters but couldn't pay with that.
Usually very slow to take or recieve your order and the order is usually wrong or missing something. Some friendly staff, but most are rude or indifferent.
