I ordered online and my husband went to.pick it up he gets back the food isn't all there and its wrong what's going on Arcadia? McDonald's and now sonic
I asked for a sauce multiple times and they still didn't give it to me. Then had an attitude when I asked for the fourth time. Never again
We arrived at this location and tried to order a slush but the slush machine was broken. So, we ordered cherry lime aids and they said they were out of sprite. They didn’t have anything available or they just didn’t want to come out in the 99 degree weather and stay in the air conditioning instead of serving us. We left without service. Sad, we have always enjoyed Sonic but more and more we find the service and quality has gone down. I expect the company will go out of business soon.
