I’ve ordered drinks all the time and we always get the wrong drinks. Today I ordered a delivery and they gave me a rt 44 coke and a large limeade but I ordered a large water with inclusions and a large strawberry slush with extra strawberries. This isn’t the first and last. I paid fees and delivery for a wrong order. Unacceptable and then I call location apparently employees are too busy to answer so I left a voicemail but knowing I won’t get a call back.
The chicken strips are burnt and they should be considered chicken nuggets.
Order was wrong AGAIN, manager argued with me about my order. The receipt shows what I ordered. Remade order again and now what they didn't mess up is COLD!!!!!!! PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT WAS ORDERED.
The fried foods were fresh. As a safety stand point, no one wore slip resistant shoes. 1 female worker was in short, short black shorts. None of the ladies wore hats, all had jewelry. Not professional for Sonic. On employee standards/uniform. Not professional nor safe.
