Takes too long to answer while waiting other vehicles drove away. Never came back with my change. Terrible service. Not planning to go back.
This was the second time they got my order wrong. I customized my order, and they still made it wrong.
Ordered 4 drinks 2 corn dogs, 1 burger online went to pick it up and still waited 45 minutes when we arrived. Even had to ask when our food would arrive
Service here is always slow, even for simple drinks. Wait times are unnecessarily long every visit and there is no sense of leadership from the crew. They can’t handle basic tasks and it shows. Definitely needs needs better management and training.
Service sucks. We keep giving them chances and they never get better. Takes nearly 30 mins to get drinks with no syrups. Just ice and soda. Should probably hire more help or teach them how to multitask.
