I’m honestly tired of always leaving this Sonic with something to complain about. Every time I come here, there’s an issue which is really disappointing because the other Sonic that closed down at least showed empathy toward their customers. At this location, the staff often seem annoyed when you ask for something or have a question. Today, I ordered a Powerade with EASY ICE!! through the app something very simple. Just a bunch of highschoolers who probably hate their job and couldnt care less about what they are making. Ice cold food. Try cooking it next time.
The customer reps were very soft spoken and very hard to understand. Fries were not freshly cooked. Tater tots were cold, and onion rings were close to great. Overall I just go here just for the drinks. #CherryVanillaCoke the soft pretzel are priced at 1.99 with the cheese but they charge for the cheese 3.02
Drive-thru line was very slow. Bun on burger was rubbery. Tots tasted like the fryer oil is old. Not enough pull up and order spaces.
