You will be ignored of you try to use the stalls rather than the drive thru, theres a bunch of kids doing near nothing while the lady with the pink hair does everything (every time I have gone), orders are never correct and you'll wait an extra five to ten minutes at the window waiting for someone to come back when you already waited just about ten minutes for the food. I have visited this sonic Many, Many times over the years I've lived here, there's 2 sides to this one, either you get your food in about 10-15 minutes or you spend 30 minutes sitting in the stall waiting for your singular drink while the employees play pattycake by the drink machine. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOURE REALLY GETTING !! I ordered a sprite w/cherry in it ! This is what I found in the bottom of my cup ! Yuck ... so Grossed out ! 😖 I took it back & the mgr said it might b old ice cream ! 😠 she offered me another🤣!! No thanks, im DONE eating at sonic !! 👎
