The employees don't do their job. They stand around talking and on their phones. My order said it was ready and I waited over 30 minutes for my food to arrive. It isn't busy. It should have been done ASAP through the app but they "wait until we check in" for "fresher quality" even though it's a mobile order to be picked up and go not to wait. Y'all used to be good and now y'all have gotten bad.
Fast service and the food was on point.
Terrible staff. Terrible service. They don't listen and have no idea what their menu is. Then they act like it's your fault. Bad service 3 times in a row now. Adela is the manager and was no help at all, definitely part of the problem at this location. Worst one I have ever been to.
