Ordered a Cony combo, and instead of charging me the combo price, they charged everything individually which raised my amount!
Very rude crew members. Sat at a kiosk for 10 minutes with the button lit red before asking a young lady if it was broken. She was very snooty with her answer and the gentleman on over the speaker was extremely rude as well and would not help. How sad that everytime I come here it is terrible service .
I'm a big fan of Sonic and usually love stopping for food when I get the chance. On this visit, the food itself was great, and our carhop went above and beyond. However, the management of this particular location seems to be letting the Sonic name down. Over half of the kiosks were out of order. Instead of marking them as broken, they are labeled "App Only." TERRIBLE SERVICE TODAY… the food is fantastic, carhops are rude and forgetful. i’m tired of this
So sad to see this place fail over and over again. We all deserve second chances but after 100 of them you should consider changing career paths and doing something you don’t hate so much and allow others to take over because the customer service for this location is terrible
