Spent over $80 for a family of 6. All the burgers were made incorrectly, frozen refresher wasn’t frozen and our tots were very salty. Very disappointed
Serious mismanagement of this location. I sat in drive thru for over 45 mins waiting on hot dog and tater tots. When I went inside to see what the hold up was I discovered that just after a lunch rush there are only 4 employees on staff at the time. Now the girls who were there working were absolute sweet hearts and apologized and explained the best they could. But the management and owners need to do step it up and do better. I will jot be going back to this location ever again.
Service was excellent, they got my order slightly wrong due to a helicopter overhead that hurt communications, but they made it right... Tots superb, ft long could have been a hair warmer, but was still very good. Deff will be back while I'm working out there.
Every time we come to Jesup, we get Sonic. It’s one of our favorite places. Never had an issue until today. I ordered a burger and two kids meals. The girl working the window was extremely sweet but waited 15 for my food. They are short staffed so i understand. However, when I received my food, everything was hot except my burger. The bun, cheese and patty were all cold. So I went back through the drive through and told the girl.
