Wish this location had a drive thru. My order was incorrect but a worker came out and made it right very quickly after I push the service button again
I pull up with 3 cars there and wait close to 7-10 minutes to get my order taken, probably because half of them were outside conversating with someone. Finally get my order and surprise it was wrong so I called them back to fix it and I legit watched someone spit in my food, all cause I sent it back because it was wrong. When I confronted the rudest hopper I’ve ever met about it she said there’s nothing she could do because they replaced my order already. Ive left reviews before about this same thing. Nothing is changing. At this point i almost think they are doing it intentionally and I feel victimized. So a route 44 cherry limeade shoukd hsve 4 whole real cherries in it. I pay for extra as well. I get 0 every time. Im not only not getting the original ones in my drink but you sre taking my money for extra and not giving me a single one. This is ridiculous.
Too many problems with their ownloaded APP orders! I expect my ordered ahead foods to be ready when I arrive. Left 15 minutes after checking in to the stall with NO food!
